IX. Troubleshooting Common Issues
- When I press the button, the collar doesn't respond.
- Check that the transmitter and receiver have sufficient battery power; make sure they are paired; check that the contact points are touching the dog's skin—thick fur can block the signal.
- If your dog develops red spots on its skin, stop using the product immediately! Remove the collar and check to see if the contact points are too tight; attach silicone caps and reduce the wearing time. In severe cases, stop using the product and seek veterinary care.
- The light does not turn on. Check the remote control's battery level and make sure the light button is working properly.
X. Important Notes
- The purpose of training is to guide, not to punish. When your dog obeys a command, be sure to praise them verbally and give them a treat.
- Do not apply electric shocks for extended periods, and do not use this device on people.
- Check the condition of the skin where the collar comes into contact on a regular basis.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from high temperatures.
