- If it's too tight, it can chafe the skin; if it's too loose, the contact points won't make contact with the skin, causing the device to malfunction.
- We recommend wearing them for no more than 2 hours at a time and no more than 8 hours total per day. Be sure to take them off periodically to rest your skin and prevent redness or chafing.
V. Charging Methods

VII. Correct Training Procedures (Recommended Order)
Core Principles of Dog Training:First, issue a warning, then reinforce the behavior; when the child engages in inappropriate behavior, immediately stop the stimulus; when the child does the right thing, reward them right away.
- When your dog exhibits undesirable behavior, first pressBuzzer Button...while giving a verbal command (such as “No!”). When the dog stops the behavior, immediately reward it with a treat and verbal praise.
- The buzzer isn't working; try again.Vibration Function...Start with the lowest setting and gradually increase it until you find the setting that just catches your dog's attention.
- If neither the buzzer nor the vibration works, try using static electricity.Start by trying the lowest setting...Don't use the highest intensity setting right away. Keep each trigger as brief as possible—1 to 2 seconds is enough. Release the button as soon as your dog stops the behavior.
❌ Do not trigger the static discharge for extended periods to avoid harming your pet.
VIII. Pairing Procedure (When the Remote Control and Receiver Are Disconnected)
- Turn on the receiver;
- Press and hold the receiver's power button to enter pairing mode (the indicator light will flash);
- Press any function button on the remote control; if the indicator light stays on, pairing is successful;
- Test the buzzer, vibration, and static electricity functions; if they are working properly, the device is ready for use.
IX. Troubleshooting Common Problems
- When I press the remote control, the collar receiver does not respond.
- Check to see if the remote control and receiver have sufficient battery power;
- Confirm that the two devices have been successfully paired;
- Check to make sure the contacts are in close contact with the dog's skin; thick fur can insulate the contacts, causing the device to malfunction.
- If your dog's neck skin becomes red, stop using the device immediately! Remove the collar and check the tightness of the contact points. Replace the silicone protective cap and reduce the wearing time. If the skin damage is severe, seek veterinary care promptly.
- If battery life is shortening, turn off the device after each use; check for buttons that may be getting stuck; battery degradation can shorten battery life.
