III. Introduction to the Three Training Modes

  1. Buzzer Mode: Emits a beep as an alert; no stimulation is involved. Used for warning and recall training; highly recommended.
  2. Vibration Mode: Vibration alerts—the intensity adjusts automatically based on the static electricity setting—gently remind your dog to stop misbehaving.
  3. Electrostatic Stimulation Mode: Static electricity warning; adjustable from level 1 to 16. Be sure to start your training at the lowest effective level.

IV. Procedure

  1. Before using the remote control for the first time, please fully charge both the remote control and the receiver.
  2. Putting on the receiver collar: Place the collar around your dog’s neck, ensuring the metal contacts are in direct contact with the dog’s skin—do not let them sit on top of thick fur. The collar should be loose enough to fit one finger between it and the dog’s neck; do not make it too tight.
  3. Turn on the receiver and remote control, switch to the corresponding channel, and complete the pairing process.
  4. Based on your dog’s behavior, select a training mode and appropriate intensity. The moment your dog exhibits undesirable behavior, press the corresponding button to provide an immediate reminder.
  5. After each training session, enable the button lock to prevent accidental activation.

V. Safety Precautions

  1. This training collar is intended solely as a behavioral training aid and must not be used as a form of punishment. When training, prioritize using the beep or vibration modes.
  2. Do not let your dog wear a collar for more than 8 hours at a time to avoid skin redness, swelling, and allergic reactions caused by prolonged pressure.
  3. Check and clean the metal contacts on the receiver before and after each use.
  4. This product is not recommended for puppies under 6 months of age or dogs that are extremely aggressive.
  5. Do not use high static electricity settings indiscriminately; always select the lowest setting that is just sufficient to serve as a warning.

VI. Troubleshooting Common Problems

  1. The receiver is not responding: Check the battery levels of the remote control and receiver, and make sure they are set to the same channel; ensure the metal contacts are in close contact with the dog's skin.
  2. Weak stimulating effect: Increase the setting slightly; trim any hair that is too long around the contact points.
  3. The remote control screen won't turn on: The remote control battery is low; charge it via USB.

VII. Warranty Information

The console is covered by a one-year limited warranty. Damage caused by human error, water exposure, or unauthorized disassembly is not covered by the warranty.
