II. Equipment Installation and Placement

1. Placement

Place the litter box on a flat, hard surface indoors, away from water sources, direct sunlight, and heating appliances. Leave space on the sides and back of the unit for heat dissipation; do not place it directly against a wall. We recommend placing it away from the cat’s food and water bowls to accommodate your cat’s bathroom habits.

2. Installing a colostomy bag

Pull out the bottom waste drawer, place the matching trash bag inside, gently push the drawer back in, and make sure it is fully locked into place.

3. Add cat litter

✅ Recommended: bentonite cat litter, tofu cat litter

❌ Do not use: crystal litter, coarse-grained litter, or cat litter containing hard deodorizing beads, as these can cause the machine to jam.

Keep the amount of cat litter between the lowest and highest markings on the container; do not add too much or too little.

4. Power-On Self-Test

Connect the device to a 12V power source; it will automatically power on and run a self-test. Wait for the self-test to complete; if no error messages appear, proceed to the next step to connect to the network.

III. App Download, Network Configuration, and Entering Cat Information

1. Download the product’s companion app, register, and log in. In the app’s device list, select model [P9903] and add a new device.

2. Network Selection:Supports only 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi, follow the instructions on the app page to complete the network setup.

Note: 5G Wi-Fi, enterprise Wi-Fi, public Wi-Fi requiring web-based login, and hotspot networks are not supported.

3. AI Cat Facial Data Entry

Go to the "Cat Management" page in the app, upload a clear, front-facing photo of your cat, and enter the cat's name, age, and weight. V. Routine Maintenance and Care

1. Cleaning the Waste Collection Drawer

Periodically pull out the litter drawer, pack the waste into a trash bag, and dispose of it. Once cleaning is complete, push the drawer back in and make sure it’s fully closed. Adjust the cleaning schedule based on the number of cats; generally, clean it once every 2 to 7 days.

2. Cat Litter Maintenance

Top off the cat litter promptly when the level falls below the minimum mark; if the cat litter is excessively dusty or has become damp and clumped together, it is recommended to replace the entire batch of cat litter to ensure the machine operates properly.

3. Cleaning the Body

Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth; gently wipe the camera lens with a lint-free, soft cloth.Do not flush the entire unit directly down the toilet or submerge it in water for cleaning.. 3. Inaccurate AI cat face recognition

Please re-upload a photo of your cat that is well-lit, shows the cat's face clearly without any obstructions, and is taken from the front, and re-enter your cat's information.

4. The camera image is blurry

Use a lint-free, soft cloth to gently wipe away dust and smudges from the surface of the camera lens.

VIII. Safety Precautions

1. This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not expose it to rain, water, or direct sunlight outdoors.

2. Suitable for cats weighing 1.5 kg to 10 kg. Not recommended for kittens weighing less than 1.5 kg or cats weighing more than 10 kg.

3. Do not reach into the rotating chamber while the equipment is in operation; be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning or moving the equipment.

4. Please take precautions to prevent your cat from chewing on power cords to avoid the risk of electrical leakage or electric shock.
